Graduate project management mission statement
The mission of Keller Graduate School of Management’s project management concentrations is to educate students with relevant project and program management knowledge, tools, and techniques required to lead successful projects and programs within the global business environment.
Program outcomes:
• Develop a project in alignment with organizational strategy using an advanced, integrated, and applied understanding of project management that creates and delivers value.
• Demonstrate the skills required to scope and solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions that minimize risks and optimize impacts for both projects and programs.
• Manage complex and technical activities within both predictable and unpredictable environments by integrating knowledge and solutions from practitioner and academic viewpoints.
• Evaluate complex sociocultural factors, ethical issues, and social responsiveness to maximize the management of resources, procedures, and processes.
• Apply leadership skills to promote a positive environment, motivate team members, and deliver a sustained competitive advantage.

Accelerated time to complete requires at least 9 credit hours of Prior Learning Credit and assumes completion of 3 semesters, enrollment in an average of 10 credit hours per semester and continuous, full-time year-round enrollment with no breaks per 12-month period. Normal schedule does not include breaks and assumes 8 semesters of year-round, full-time enrollment in an average of 6 credit hours per semester per 12-month period.
