In accordance with guidance from the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development, students who wish to file a complaint in Missouri must exhaust all informal and formal institutional processes, including both campus processes and any applicable system processes, as a prerequisite to filing any formal complaint with the MDHEWD pursuant to their policy.
Once all other processes are exhausted, students are instructed by the MDHEWD to contact them at 573-526-1577 to begin their formal process.
