Many companies complain their employees are not motivated to learn new tech skills. According to Randi Zuckerberg, the issue isn't so much on the employees but often on a lack of culture within companies to reward employees. 

Zuckerberg and DeVry University President Rob Paul exlain how companies can focus more on creativity, passions and broader job descriptions and responsibilities to promote this new tech learning.

Employees not motivated to learn new skills because there's no incentive within the company. Careful with job descrptions: alienating smart, creative people who can learn the skills. Extend the base of current employees. Focus on passion projects, they'll learn the skills.
