Access to Diverse Candidates

If you’re challenged with finding diverse candidates, you might need to look outside the traditional schools you often recruit from. If their student and graduate population isn’t diverse, their candidates might not be either. At DeVry University, we’re proud of our non-traditional student population, and our career services team works alongside them to help prepare them for today’s job market.

Find Qualified Candidates Across the U.S.

Today you might be looking for candidates who are located in your own backyard, or for remote or hybrid workers. The nice thing about working with a university that’s been teaching virtually for years and with locations across the U.S. is we have access to diverse talent across the United States. And because we’re focused on building career relevant skills in our students, you can look forward to interviewing candidates who have hands-on experience working with digitally enabled tools to apply to their next role.

Scaling your recruiting initiatives might pose its own challenge. Contact us today to see how we can help.
