DeVry University Fort Washington Appoints Dean

DeVry University has announced the appointment of Deidre Shaffer as dean of its Fort Washington, Pa. campus. Prior to joining DeVry University, Shaffer worked with Rosemont College on the Main Line in Philadelphia as dean of students.

Shaffer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education and a Master of Education degree in Physical Education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.

"I am greatly looking forward to my new role helping prepare the next generation of student leaders at DeVry University," said Shaffer. "Mentors helped me get where I am today by providing assistance throughout my career journey. I hope to provide the same support for students in the Fort Washington region."
