DeVry College of New York has announced the appointment of Patricia Capaldo as dean of its Manhattan Center. Capaldo has been part of the leadership team for DeVry College of New York since 2006, most recently as senior director of admissions. Prior to her current position, she served as assistant director of admissions for DeVry University’s North Brunswick, N.J. campus.
Capaldo earned her master's degree in human resource management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from William Paterson University.

In her new position, Capaldo will be responsible for managing the center and maintaining all operations, including admissions, compliance, community outreach and involvement, while attracting and retaining quality faculty and staff. DeVry College of New York's NYC metro comprises three locations: the Manhattan Center, Midtown Manhattan Campus and Rego Park (Queens) Center.
