**In the 2016-2017 award year (7/1/16 to 6/30/17), DeVry will make $53 million available for scholarships and grants to new and continuing students who meet merit and need-based qualifications.
1. Based on number of qualifying transfer credits multiplied by standard tuition rate of $609 per credit hour. Actual transfer credit savings may be lower if student qualifies for group specific tuition rates.
2. Assumes complete use of lifetime scholarship award for students completing a bachelor's degree
3. Dependent upon number of credits enrolled and transfer credit acceptance
4. The awarding of block credits varies by program and state. Additional coursework may be required in some programs to meet the prerequisites for upper-level courses in the major and/or to meet the state’s general education credit-hour requirements to confer a degree which may increase program length and financial obligations. Because of the differences in educational systems, a course-by-course evaluation will be completed for international students with foreign credentials/transcripts.
*DeVry will have $520,000 available university-wide over the next 3 years for new students who start in November 2016, and meet merit-based qualifications. Subject to approval, use requirements, program level, and availability of funds. Full details at devry.edu/scholarships.
