Contact information for DeVry transcript requests
To request a copy of your DeVry transcripts, contact the Registrar's office at the location you attended.
If you attended DeVry Online and would like to request a copy of your transcripts, please go to DeVry Student Services FAQs (http://help.devry.edu) and then type in the keyword "transcript". The page provides a link to the transcript request form as well as details on where to send your request. Questions? Call 1-877-496-9050 (press 3 to speak to an advisor).
