If you wish to defer tuition payments or are able to get your employer to help foot the bill, you may be interested in DeVry payment plans. If you choose one of the following options (or are changing options), you will need to submit a completed payment plan agreement:
The following applications and Financial Aid forms may be required in order to complete your application for financial assistance. Simply click on the form you need, print it out and fill in the necessary data (including the appropriate signatures).
You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view a PDF File. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you have completed the Financial Aid form(s), please submit them to DeVry's Student Finance Office via fax at 877-453-3879.

Parent Information and Authorization Form — Authorize DeVry to manage your child's financial aid funds.
DeVry Loan Agreement – Document your promise to repay the DeVry loan you are taking out. (Wisconsin Loan agreement)
