The Federal Way site is 25 miles south of downtown Seattle, near the intersection of Weyerhaeuser Way and Highway 18. The facility is easily accessed from Interstate 5, via an exit for Highway 18 East. All administrative details can be completed at the school, which is staffed full time. Parking is available at a subsidized rate.

DeVry is authorized by the Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board and meets requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree Authorization Act. This authorization is valid until October 8, 2009, and authorizes DeVry University to offer the following degree programs: Master of Accounting and Financial Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Systems Management, Network and Communications Management, Project Management and Public Administration.
