1. Minimum age
   
   You must be 17 years old when the first semester begins. However, you may apply up to one year in advance of your planned starting date.
   
   
2. Academic requirements
   
   You will need to meet all DeVry general admissions requirements . You will also need to provide
   certified copies of acceptable documents demonstrating the required level of prior education.
   
   
3. English language proficiency
   
   If you are not a native English speaker, review requirements for admission of nonnative speakers of English.
   
   
4. Financial obligation
   
   If you are applying for an F1 student visa you will need to provide a notarized statement of financial support or a certified government sponsor letter indicating that tuition will be paid in advance of each term and that a sponsor will provide all necessary living expenses for the international applicant.
   (Form I-134 may be used.)
   
   
5. Visa requirements
   
   In order to study in the US you will need an F-1 Visa. A valid study permit is required for studying in Canada.
