Introducing the DeVry University Scholarship and Grant, created on the belief that every DeVry student deserves help getting started and motivation to keep going strong. With this tiered award program, all new undergraduate students with a GPA of 2.0 or above are eligible for awards that can grow along with your grade point average. And your award can keep growing every year you’re in school – up to $25,000 in tuition savings over the course of enrollment.

**Must meet enrollment-based criteria, subject to approval, use requirements, program level and availability of funds. This scholarship/grant cannot be used in combination with any other offer or award or group-specific tuition rate.
DeVry University Scholarship and Grant are available to applicants based on their incoming GPA and enrollment level. All qualifying students enrolling in associate or bachelor’s degree programs will receive an award ranging from $500 per qualifying semester*** up to a $25,000 lifetime award cap.
***A semester equals two 8-week sessions. There are three academic semesters per year.
Scholarship/Grant Tiers
Award amounts are tiered according to student GPA and enrollment status (half time, three-quarter time or full time). The higher the cumulative grade point average (CPGA), the larger the award amount may be, reaching up to $2,500 per semester for full-time enrollment with a 3.25 GPA or higher for the scholarship. Students with a 2.5 – 3.25 GPA may earn up to $2,000 per semester. Students with less than full time enrollment are also eligible for an award up to $1,875 per semester depending on their enrollment level. Students with a 2.0 – 2.49 GPA may receive a DeVry University Grant.
To be eligible for the DeVry University Scholarship/Grant, you must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program at DeVry University. Qualifying new undergraduate degree-seeking students enrolling in at least 6 credit hours per semester at DeVry University are eligible – including international students studying on an F1 visa.
The scholarship may be earned by enrolled students who progress from the DeVry University Grant to higher award levels associated with higher CGPA. Any other scholarship previously awarded through DeVry University will be considered when evaluating eligibility.
You must have applied and satisfied all scholarship criteria by Monday, February 27, 2017 (or earlier if total allocation is reached prior to this date) to be awarded for the March 2017 session.
You must enroll with an incoming GPA of 2.0 to be eligible as a new student, and to maintain scholarship/grant eligibility you must retain a minimum CGPA of 2.0. If your CPGA is found to fall below 2.0 at your annual review, you will lose your scholarship award for the year. However, with a CPGA of at least 2.0, you may still qualify for the DeVry University Grant.
You can earn your DeVry University Scholarship/Grant award back again the following year with a qualifying CPGA of at least 2.0 when the annual review is conducted. Your performance and your persistence can pay off at DeVry.
If you are readmitted to DeVry after missing six or more consecutive sessions, you may be eligible for the DeVry University Scholarship if:
The award amount may move up or down through the tiers according to student GPA, with reviews conducted annually in two cycles taking place in July (Cycle 1) and May (Cycle 2). To retain ongoing scholarship/grant eligibility, students must remain enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester, maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (CPGA) and take no longer than one semester off. The student’s GPA at time of review determines the next year’s scholarship/grant award amounts.
Review cycle is determined by enrollment date.

This merit-based award is designed specifically for those looking to complete their bachelor's or associate degree at DeVry University. Alumni who have earned only an associate degree from DeVry are also eligible.
To be eligible for the College Completer Scholarship, you must have transferrable college credit that satisfies at least 10 credit hours from a DeVry-recognized post-secondary institution based on evaluation of unofficial transcripts, and you must enroll in at least 6 credit hours per semester:
