If you are currently serving in the U.S. Air National Guard you may be entitled to receive up to $20,000 for your college education through the Montgomery G.I. Bill and other incentive programs. Please visit the ANG web site to review your federal entitlements. Furthermore, you may also be eligible to receive additional state education entitlements if you reside within a participating state. If you have additional questions, please contact your local ANG education office.

The Air National Guard provides access to all DANTES credit-by-examination programs, Community College of the Air Force Associate Degree programs, federal tuition assistance and state education benefits. Also, many states offer additional tuition assistance to National Guardsmen. Please visit the ANG Benefits web site to determine what additional assistance your state may provide.

 

If this is your first time setting up tuition assistance, or if you have relocated to a new base, please contact your direct Supervisor or education office for further information.

 

Important Tips When Applying for Tuition Assistance

  • To ensure your TA voucher is accurate, you must secure a statement of fees notice from your military admissions advisor.
  • Students taking more than one course can submit one TA form if all their courses have the same start date.

Proper signatures from your Education Services Officer (ESO) and Command Representative are required, as well as your own signature. To learn more about your Tuition Assistance "Top-Up" benefits, visit the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs web site.

 

How to Deliver a Completed Tuition Assistance Voucher

 

  • DeVry University Online Students: Email your completed TA voucher to your advisor prior to your course start date or fax Military Finance at 630-572-1172 after your course has started.
  • DeVry University Campus Students: Please contact your campus advisor for additional details on faxing your TA voucher.

Please do not send the Application for Tuition Assistance; this is not the approved form.

 

How to Order Military Transcripts

 

If you have CCAF credits you'd like to apply toward your DeVry University degree, you'll need to secure an official transcript. Visit the CCAF website for instructions on how to complete your request.
